Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Panic Patcher is a sole proprietorship established in Pakistan. For support or legal notices, including requests relating to your personal data, contact support@panicpatcher.com.

2. The service

Panic Patcher is educational technology software that helps students reflect on how they perform under exam pressure — timing, habits, ergonomics, and workflow mistakes. It offers structured questionnaires, AI-assisted pattern labels, suggested practice micro-adjustments, and optional report exports.

It is exam-preparation software only — not tutoring or curriculum delivery by a human agency, not a healthcare or wellness service, and not a guarantee of grades, admissions, or exam outcomes.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must follow your school, exam board, and local laws (including rules on AI assistance, devices in exams, and academic integrity). Do not use Panic Patcher to cheat, impersonate others, or violate exam conditions.

4. Pro subscription (paid access)

Skills intake, Pro chat guidance, PDF study reports, paper photo analysis, and related Pro features require an active paid Pro subscription.

Pro is offered as a recurring subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly). It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Unsubscribe / manage billing in the app (Paddle customer portal). Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy Pro, your payment contract is with Paddle rather than with us. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, any applicable sales tax or VAT, payment-related enquiries, and returns. Paddle's own company and contact details appear on the receipt issued to you for every order, and you may contact Paddle directly using those details.

We never receive or store full card numbers. Current public prices are listed on our Pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service in unauthorized ways
• Upload content you are not allowed to share (including prohibited copyrighted exam materials)
• Upload highly sensitive personal data unrelated to using the product
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security controls
• Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes

6. AI and accuracy disclaimers

Core features use third-party artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or overconfident. Pattern labels are heuristic discussion aids for study workflow — not professional medical, psychological, or academic certifications. Exam rules shown in the app may be gathered from public sources and can be incorrect; always verify with your official exam authority.

7. Service scope & limitations

Panic Patcher is educational software for exam preparation. It does not provide healthcare, wellness, fitness, counseling, or emergency services. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services in your country.

8. Intellectual property

The Panic Patcher name, software, and original content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro access in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum required by mandatory local law — whichever applies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Panic Patcher is established and operated as a sole proprietorship, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in-product. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
