Refund Policy
How refunds work for Panic Patcher Pro subscriptions (exam-preparation software).
Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. What you are buying
Pro is a recurring subscription for Panic Patcher Pro features (Pro chat guidance, PDF study reports, and paper photo analysis). Current catalog:
- Weekly — $10 USD / week
- Monthly — $20 USD / month
- Yearly — $200 USD / year
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in the app via Unsubscribe / manage billing (Paddle customer portal).
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Refunds under this policy are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. You can request one from us using the contact details below, or contact Paddle directly using the details on your order receipt.
2. Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You request it within 14 days of purchase, and you have not meaningfully used Pro features after payment; or
- We failed to deliver access you paid for due to a confirmed technical fault on our side; or
- Mandatory consumer law in your country requires a refund in your situation.
Partial refunds are generally not offered once Pro access has been used. Free-tier usage is not a paid purchase and is not refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@panicpatcher.com with:
- The email address on your Panic Patcher account
- Approximate purchase date and plan (weekly / monthly / yearly)
- Payment receipt or order ID from our payment partner, if available
- A short reason for the request
We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment partner.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help faster. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
5. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. Purchases are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
